4. Automated Marketing & AI Newsletters

CannaDeals uses automated systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to aggregate locally available deals into newsletters and notifications.

  • Automated Curation: Unless you have purchased a "Sponsored Ad" spot, you acknowledge that CannaDeals has sole discretion over which of your active deals are highlighted in newsletters. We do not guarantee specific placement or frequency.
  • Data Accuracy: Our AI generates content based strictly on the inventory and pricing data you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your pricing and product details are accurate before they are published to your live menu. CannaDeals is not liable for distributing errors (e.g., pricing typos) that originate from your data.
  • No Review Rights: Standard (non-sponsored) newsletter mentions are generated automatically and are not subject to pre-approval or review by the Partner.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use CannaDeals for any illegal purposes. You are responsible for following all local and state laws regarding cannabis possession and consumption in New York.

6. Limitation of Liability

CannaDeals and its operators (VanillaStack Labs) shall not be liable for any health issues, legal disputes, or financial losses resulting from your use of this information or the products purchased at dispensaries listed here.
